Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident and inspired when purchasing from Chelle Franc.  Because our products are created with intention and often customized or limited edition, please review the following carefully:

All Sales Are Final

• Art pieces, books, jewelry, fashion items, and event tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Exchanges

• Apparel items may be eligible for a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.  We will happily replace or correct the order.

Event Tickets

• Tickets to Chelle Franc events are non-refundable.  In the rare case of event cancellation, you will be offered either a refund or credit toward a future event.
